Stressful/Negative Emotions Identification & Reflection is the introduction workshop that occurs during my Art Therapy At A Puerto Viejo Museum experience.
I am offering this Free RSVP - donation based workshop to the PV community to provide a safe space to identify your stressful and negative emotions and reflect about your emotional challenges.
During this workshop you will get to learn more about me and my Art Therapy At Puerto Viejo Museum experience and identify what your stressful and negative emotions are using material that will be provided. After you identify your stressful and negative emotions you will have the opportunity to reflect about a time in your life that you exhibited a couple of the emotions that you selected.
